Condition of Items
Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging - to be eligible for return.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn, washed, or had the tags removed - even if returned within the 30-day window.
We also do not accept returns on:

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges are not accepted.
