• Orders Placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched the same day.

International Shipping

We deliver to select international loactions.

Europe

• Cost: £11.99
• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (appx)

Rest of the world

• Cost: £15.99
• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days (appx)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

Order Tracking - You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.
• Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we may not be able to update it after your order has been processed.
• For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on opened or worn underwear.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve made our return process as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

• Our 30-Day Return Window: We offer free 30-day returns on all purchases. You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return.

• Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging - to be eligible for return. 

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn, washed, or had the tags removed - even if returned within the 30-day window.
    
    We also do not accept returns on:

• Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  
  Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• Damages and Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
  

• No Exchanges:
  We do not offer exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your order and place a new one once your return is accepted.
